Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your new items. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@messy.com.au. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation number) to complete your return, and an explanation of why you are returning the item. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inspect the item. If your return request is approved, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and notify you of the status. You will receive the credit in line with your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the next steps.
