Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Messy Store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We ship to all states and territories within Australia.
If you live in Australia, standard (5–10 business days delivery) shipping is free! Alternatively, you can select Express shipping (2–4 business days) at checkout for a flat rate of $25 AUD.
Please note: Free shipping is guaranteed on all full-price purchases. Promotions (such as clearance events or final sale items) may include a standard shipping fee upon purchase. All prices will be listed clearly at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur; we take no responsibility for delays encountered by our third party shipping providers.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. Incorrect shipping address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
5. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you live outside of Australia and would like to arrange a special order, please contact us by email at info@messy.com.au.
6. Damages
Messy Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
